We are planned and packed and back to our usual 1 ADR however I was able to successfully use the LL+ feature. We're both nervous about the flights after my dehydration episode. I am hoping I can find some Pedialyte to purchase past the gate but if not I get a Smartwater to sip. DH said he's talking to me the whole time so I don't sleep. DH had some basal cells removed so he cannot swim or do any 'jerky' rides which I guess means I might be riding Slinky Dog, and possibly TSM, on my own = boo. I think I have him convinced FOP is not jerky and, if I VQ successfully, we'll ride the seated option for TRON. I'm undecided on single rider GotG cause I didn't feel so well after we walked away from that ride. I was hoping for the RttR but I never even saw it on the LL+ options for HS. Really, as long as we can enjoy the adult areas of the parks we'll be fine. LOL. |

I hope you have a fantastic trip! |

I believe Pedialyte comes in powder form. A few small individual ones in a small packet. Look into it. They definitely used to sell them years ago. Good luck! (If not, perhaps they have some other similar product in the section where the flavored powdered drinks are. |

I also suggest Nuun hydration SPORT tablets available assorted flavors i know Publix sells it on shelf in Pharmacy Dept. I know WDWBusDrivers use qwikSTIK by SQWincher ZerO to add to their water bottles. |

Recommended by the dieticians for someone I know who had some weight-loss surgery. On the same lines as the Nuun stuff. By the Crystal Light powdered drink mixes at walmart. Also I have done research into Gatorade (and Powerade, I suppose) and the sodium and sugar levels are scientifically determined to maximize the liquid absorption through our intestines. Hee hee Plus, the blue flavor, oh yum I love the blue stuff. Especially the blue/white kind, "frost" maybe? mmmmmmmm |

Hee hee Plus, the blue flavor, oh yum I love the blue stuff. Especially the blue/white kind, "frost" maybe? mmmmmmmm White frost is a cherry flavor (Glacier Cherry) with some lime. Blue frost is different - Glacier Freeze is citrus with a hint of strawberry. The teal is Arctic Blitz and supposedly honeydew & watermelon though some say more just berry. I never tried it but kids like it. I know way too much about gatorade after hot days in the sun with band. As an FYI pedialyte is sold at all Disney gift shops too. Only powerade at Disney vs Gatorade due to licensing. I do think liquid IV is very sweet tasting so I am not a huge fan. |
