Overview

Responsible for coordinating and executing Tandon Digital Learning non-degree executive and professional education (EPE) programming and stakeholder engagement activities. The incumbent will spearhead open enrollment and custom EPE courses, programs, and events. Manage the data analysis of non-degree executive and professional education enrollment, credential mapping and distribution, and learner engagement processes. Conduct STEM labor market, EPE trends, and professional association research. Execute the continuous assessment of EPE course administration, data reporting, and tracking systems. Design, update, and implement executive and professional education policies and procedures. Advise faculty and non-degree learners on course/program protocol, learner benefits, and credential pathway completion.

Responsibilities

Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree in a related area

Preferred Education:
Master's Degree in Education, Administration, or related field.

Required Experience:
2+ years relevant executive/professional education program development experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Developing and executing learner engagement opportunities and new learner/orientation programming. Data and Analytics reporting expertise. Must include experience planning and implementing professional development activities and events as well as data management. Marketing and communications experience.

Preferred Experience:
1+ years experience in a higher education environment, including experience as a student employee/leader

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Strong organizational and project management skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the demonstrated ability to develop and sustain effective relationships supporting organizational goals. Familiarity with the non-degree executive and professional education market and current trends. Ability to work and communicate with diverse internal and external stakeholders in individual and group settings. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, discretion, and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability with various degrees of autonomy, independent, and collaborative work.

Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Ability to plan, market, and budget to effectively execute student events and non-degree programs. Analytical, computational skillset. Ability to proactively identify, communicate and resolve problems.

Qualifications

In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $63,000.00 to USD $77,000.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
