Sris was amazing in helping me get my second reckless driving ticket reduced to regular speeding, allowing my insurance rate not to get raise extremely high. Before I went before the Judge Sris called me into the hall after smooth talking the prosecutor and told me it would only be fined for a regular speeding ticket rather than a second charge for reckless driving and possible license suspension. His office was fantastic at getting me all the information I would need to have a solid case. After leaving the court room Sris stayed and talked with me in line until I paid for my ticket giving me advice and asking what I planned on doing in the future. He went above and beyond for my case and I will be referring him Sris to everyone I know.

Sris, Angie and Sofia were nothing but wonderful during our entire horrible ordeal in a custody battle. If it hadn't been for Sris's help I shudder to even imagine how awful it could have turned out for my grandson. If I could give them a million stars I would! I was charged with a reckless driving ticket in Culpeper and he got my case dismissed on the first date. I didn't have to say a word in Court. Got a way better outcome than I expected. He came in prepared, talked to the prosecutor and five minutes later got the charge dropped. I highly recommend him.

Mr. Sris and his staff were so friend, helpful, and understanding! I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Mr. Sris did exactly as he said he would do and did so quite affordably! I had no traffic violations ever and found myself facing a hefty fine and increased insurance premiums after my first speeding ticket; which I received in a speed trap, after working 3 night shifts. Mr. Sris has a good relationship with most of the courts in Northern Virginia and is familiar with the appropriate actions needed to help his clients. After following his instructions, Mr. Sris notified me that my ticket had been expunged. Truly, you can't ask for a better experience. BRYAN BLOCK IS AWESOME.I got 98/70 (YES! 98!!) brunswick county.If you got a brunswick county ticket in VA, look for no other lawyer.I had well reputed lawyers telling that even with my zero point driving record till now, it's impossible for me to get out of conviction.Bryan said he will try, and that he did it once.This is my first time ever hiring any lawyer, first time dealing with court related things.He delivered it flawlessly!I got my ticket reduced to improper after paying fine, doing course and then community service.But, I got out of it!Insurance won't bother me now.This is awesome.I hope this review helps anyone like me.I know yelp had bad reviews, I had my doubts, but am so happy that I made the right decision!Note: This review is specifically for bryan block county, I can't vouch for anything else.Thank you!

I got a reckless driving ticket in VA and I had no idea how serious it was. I called Sris and wanted to know if he could help. He told me that just because I got a reckless driving ticket for going over 20 miles per hour over the speed limit doesn't mean that I would be convicted of reckless driving. To make things worse, I was an out of state driver and I didn't want to have to come back. He laid out my options and let me decide what would be best for me. Best part of this is he got the charge dismissed. Sris you are the best.

I can't believe it. I got a reckless driving ticket in Rappahannock couple months ago and I hired Sris shortly after. When I got charged with reckless driving and driving without a license in Fairfax, I was terrified. I knew I should not have been speeding, but I had no idea I was going so fast. A friend of mine referred me to Sris and said he was the best. If you need a DUI lawyer in Fairfax don’t even think about it Sris is the guy. I had a DUI and everything was riding on the line. I had a construction business and I had just purchased a bar. He went to court with me three time at no extra charge and he was able to get me a wet reckless. My family had used him in the past and said he was the man. Sris was amazing in helping me get my second reckless driving ticket reduced to regular speeding, allowing my insurance rate not to get raise extremely high. Before I went before the Judge Sris called me into the hall after smooth talking the prosecutor and told me it would only be fined for a regular speeding ticket rather than a second charge for reckless driving and possible license suspension. His office was fantastic at getting me all the information I would need to have a solid case. After leaving the court room Sris stayed and talked with me in line until I paid for my ticket giving me advice and asking what I planned on doing in the future. He went above and beyond for my case and I will be referring him Sris to everyone I know.

In August, I found myself speed trapped on a highway in VA. This road (highway) had a speed limit of 55pmh and dropped to 35 mph for the last mile. I was on Lee highway and assumed the speed limit was 65mph or 70mph (as posted often in VA and it being a HIGHWAY and all) but I was wrong. When I initially got pulled over, I thought it was for not signaling in a left only turn lane. I didn’t think I was at all speeding. Turns out I was, and the ticket would be for reckless driving which in Virginia is a Class I misdemeanor.The fines and severity of reckless driving in the state of Virginia are $2500 max fine, 6 months loss of license and up to 1 year in jail. (Yes, up to 1 year in jail). I am from NJ, we have reckless too and it is a moving violation that has consequences, but jail is not one of them. When I found this out I was very nervous and very frustrated. I could tell my instance or situation was severe because the officer, however polite or moderately polite, was very angry at my speed. Regardless of my situation or story, I was clocked doing 74 in a 35. That time of moving violation comes with a heavy price. I called a few attorney's and the one I had the nicest, fairest, most down to earth conversation with, was Sris. He was upfront, didn't sugar coat, worked right away with me, pricing was beyond fair and he provided me with all the pros, cons and possibilities without making any promises. I appreciated that. First time going to court (he represented me, while I stayed in NJ). The prosecutor wanted jail time and wasn't budging, so we decided to go to trial. Fast forward to today, my trial, I finally meet Sris and the news initially was not so good (out of his hands). Prosecutor and officer want 10 days in county jail for speeding. After hearing this, I am nervous because my wife and newborn are at home and I didn't plan at all for this. (possibly an overnight as to make amends with county for speeding and paying a small price for the possibility of a much heavier charge if they wanted to impose such on me).My insight or advice would be to listen and do what Sris and his firm ask. By provided Sris and his firm with all they requested of me prior to my trial, accompanied with his full understanding of my case, coupled with the way he presented it to the judge, I was able to drive home to my wife, tonight. On the route I drove into Virginia there was no warning that going over 80mph (just 10mph over the speed limit) was considered reckless but that is what I was charged with. There is the potential to go to prison and get a criminal record and six points. Mr Sris calmly and professionally talked me through the process. By following his advice (including some refresher training which wasn't a bad thing !) I ended up with exactly the same penalty as if I'd been speeding on the NJ Turnpike . I didn't have to attend court and definitely recommend SRIS Law Group.

Sris helped me with my custody case, even when it looked as if I had nothing to stand on. Sris took every scenario and incident I gave him and looked at it 15 different ways with just as many outcomes and how to handle them. You get what you pay for with this seasoned litigator and he is worth it as he will work hard to get you your desired outcome or as close as he can (after all, the judge has the final say). He has litigated or seen probably almost scenario/case possible and with that experience, he has great advice to give and he always left it to me to decide how to proceed. Sris gave me his full attention, I wasn’t rushed or ignored; as a matter of fact, he has got to be one of THE best active listeners I’ve ever encountered IN-MY-LIFE! He didn’t miss anything I said, he often pondered things I told him and he is constantly engaged in what is going on, be it a conversation with he and myself or what is being said in the courtroom. He is the most confident, poised, intelligent and well-spoken litigator I’ve ever had the pleasure of watching. Someone has always answered the phone for me and if he wasn’t available, his staff took a message and I would promptly hear back from him directly or through his staff.Sris is a winner BUT I believe if I came to him with a case in which I had a slim to no chance of winning, he would advise me up front and wouldn’t take advantage of my ignorance for profit. He does have a “to the point” demeanor as he will not waste your time but he is a very genuine person and if he takes your case, he cares. Mr. SRIS was instrumental in reducing my reckless driving charge. The prosecutor dropped it down to 74/55, but for Mr. SRIS that wasn't enough, he kept fighting for me and got it reduced to defective equipment which resulted in 0 points on my license. I was looking for a lawyer for my brother's custody case and other issues that involves the CPS. I know that this cases usually get pretty ugly. I needed to find the best lawyer for him. I chose to go with Sris Law Group to represent me for my child visitation case. There were a lot of complications with the case and several hurdles that we had to deal with, but the attorneys experience and ability to handle my case was phenomenal. I got a reckless on the way to hike Old Rag Mountain in Rappahannock County, 78/55. I was looking for a lawyer in Rappahannock or a surrounding county but could not find one. I found Sris online and was skeptical because the law firm is based out of Fairfax but Sris regularly handles cases in Rappahannock and is familiar with the judge/prosecutor/police dept. I followed Sris advice in preparation for court and he was able to get the Reckless driving dropped to defective equipment which is a no point offense and 250 dollar fine. My experience with SRIS is not but the best. I have been in the legal industry for 21 years and until now I have found myself in a brutal divorce. I consulted with the big name law firms and paid for the initial consultation. But I quickly realized that those big name firms were all about their profit and not really in the interest of their client. So I brought my case to SRIS and was assigned Mr. B Block. After consulting with 3 other law firms I was prepared for the same old dance and consultation. That was not the case. Mr. Block addressed the issue with passion, revived my motivation and gave me hope that I would end up in a better position on my divorce. Well I'm here to attest to that, not only did he manage to settle my case in my terms, but also educated me on not backing down. The big named law firms in the Virginia Beach area who take care of women was a joke. My wife was represented by them and only gave her grief to spend thousands of dollars to make unrealistic demands to myself and my attorney. If you want to lose a lot of money and then lose in court, hire Mr. Sris. Rescheduled my court date and didn't even bother telling me. In addition to this nerve-racking experience, did not put any effort in defending me in court the second time around. And at the end I had a feeling that he represented the prosecutor, not me. During the initial intake it felt like it was all about how awesome he is and not about the client's needs. Highly questionable work ethics led to a terrible outcome at the end. Just an awful experience overall. Stay away. Do not repeat my mistake of trusting this person. Guys like him is the reason people don't trust lawyers.

From the moment I heard about SRIS from my father, he made it very clear that he plays no games, and is very ready to get to work on the case you present to him. Mr. Sris was recommended to us though a past client of his. Right at the initial interview with him, my husband and I felt at ease and agreed that he was a great choose to represent us. My daughter and her husband separated and he (husband) was granted custody of our three young granddaughters. About 6 years ago I was in an unfortunate situation at a night club involving an off-duty police officer and my life took a turn for the worse. Taking advantage of his power, I was falsely accused of malicious wounding. I went to Mr. SRIS scared of what was going to happen if I was convicted of this crime being I have a family to support and I would lose my job. Mr. SRIS listened to my case with empathy and re-assured me that it was going to be ok; and that it was. I didn't even have to wait for my court date for Mr. SRIS to have my matter resolved, he called me weeks in advance giving me the good news they were dropping the charges. I can't thank Mr. SRIS and his legal team enough for their support and outstanding service in my time of need.More recently I found myself in a jam from a mistake that I made and was charged with 2 misdemeanors and a felony. The next day he fit me into his schedule so I could come in and explain the situation. He gave me re-assurance that he could smooth things over and everyone makes mistakes. I've been through a couple of bad experiences where I needed an attorney and I can totally testify that I couldn't have got any better result than the one Mr. Sris got me. I met him when I had a traffic matter and he took it out from my record, it continues clean and perfect. Later I had to hire his services for a child support matter, I was paying a very high amount of child support for my only child, (more than $1000). I knew I had to ask him to help me and he did it, It was really easy to trust him. If it weren’t for this group of expertise, loyal and with integrity professionals, I probably would not be sitting writing about this outstanding group of people, who I trusted 100 %. I chose the SRIS Law Group for my custody case involving my infant son. I dealt with a roller coaster of events that occurred prior to trial, and Mr Sris and Mr Luke Archer were attentive the entire way. From the beginning of the process to its conclusion, Mr Sris and Mr Archer created a strong game plan that we stuck to, and ultimately boded well for me in trial. Taking the high-road on matters while still being unwilling to bend on issues that were unreasonable were the tactics that were employed, never stooping down to sleazy or unethical practices. I really could not thank Sris and Luke enough in helping me through this difficult time, and I'm sure I will be looking towards them in the future whether it has to do more with my custody case or any other legal matters I may encounter in the future. They never back down to any law firm, whether it is a high-powered attorney or one that uses unethical practices to attempt getting their way. Mr. Sris and the Sris law group saved my brother's life on charges that he was innocent of, he was facing very serious charges so my family and I went to work to find a law firm who could handle these charges and prove my brother's innocence, I ran across Mr. Sris law firm on the internet and in about 2 minutes into the conversation I knew we had our man, in speaking with Mr. Sris he was straight forward, sharp and giving a sense of hope and this was very important to us because out of the many lawyers we contacted none had given us much hope, Mr. Sris promised he would work very hard and diligently to the very end, keeping us informed of everything every step of the way, and this he did, in the courtroom his performance was sharp, clever and strong, he knew at just the right moment when to push forward and when to pull back, I sat there mesmerized while he went to work, it was like watching a western shootout bullet for bullet with Mr.Sris standing his ground and landing every bullet exactly where he wanted to, knocking off charges like liquor shots at a saloon after victory has been won, and Mr. Sris's associate Ryan Ames is as sharp as well, don't be fooled by his school boy looks he's a shark in the courtroom with his specialty for closing arguments, he captivated the jury with his smooth approach and no nonsense demeanor, every half sleeping eye from the closing argument before him was now wide awake, I could see respect and agreement on the faces of the jury, Ryan opened their eyes to see how the closing argument before him was impossible to believe and never could have happened, he shot down every scenario the prosecutor laid out as he explained how his client was innocent of these charges, it was truly a battle and Mr.Sris and his posse stood strong, the jury didn't take a lot of deliberation time and when the smoke cleared, the verdict was read, NOT GUILTY. and freedom was won.I'd like to thank Mr. Sris and his law group for getting justice for my brother and making our family whole again.I will recommend your firm to any and everyone in need of legal help.YOU ARE TRULY SUPER LAWYERS AND THEREFORE SHOULD BE RATED AS SUCH.

Attorney Ryan Ames and Mr Silvio Ramirez have been exemplary! The Law Firm of SRIS Law Group, and in particular Attorney Ames, symbolizes the true ethos of what a counselor of law should represent; correct wrongs, and deliver justice. They do so with honor, integrity and candor. I cannot compliment the firm and all the employees highly enough. During some of the most challenging events in your life, especially divorce, you really need a Law Firm and Attorney that will not only stand up and fight for you – but also help you see the best course of action so as not default to an emotional reaction to acrimonious conduct by the other individual and/or their attorney. Frankly, if there were more law firms and attorneys out there like the SRIS Law Group – there would be much less chaos and turmoil during difficult life transitions and legal events. Where to start, Mr.Sris help my mother out when she was going through family legal issues and he helped her through it all the way, So naturally when I caught charges he was the first person to call. Sris is wonderful, he knows so much about how the court system works and how to work your charges around it to get what you want. Sris gave me a second chance, my whole life is ahead of me know because of him and his firm and I am more than thankful for that. I cant express enough how reassuring he is, the second I finish my first consultation I felt relieved. I don't want to go into detail about what I was charge with but lets just say Sris gave me my life back. He gave me a reason to appreciate what I had and what I can achieve without him I would probably be headed straight down the wrong path. Him and his firm helped me out 100% no matter what, they are EXTREMELY quick to respond which is exactly what you want when in a ;legal situation. I recommend Mr. Sris and his legal office to help anyone in the area with their legal needs. Previously, my son worked for Mr. Sris as a paralegal and urged me to hire Mr. Sris when he discovered that he was going through a very ugly divorce. I can not express how grateful I am to Mr. Sris and his legal assistant, Angie Alva, for helping me save my family. Una oficina de abogados muy profecional. Durante mi caso familiar tuve el mejor resultado y obtuve a mis dos hijos en la corte de Prince William.
