Another thing is that soccer has started, which requires more intentional meal prep on my part. We are now out of the house every Monday and Wednesday evening.Soccer season has started again which means that we are out of the house every Monday and Wednesday evening.Now, I need to make sure that I am even more prepared to help me stay on plan and this is when meal planning and prep becomes so important as I am not just planning dinners but lunch and breakfast as well.Here is how I prepare for busy days when I have to run errands, do kids drop offs and pickups, soccer practice and work:I start my day with a smoothie which is easy to take with me.I make homemade snack boxes that are easy to eat while on the run.
