Happy belated Halloween – muwahaha! This is Lincoln’s best scary face. Boo!
I die.
Anyway, if you’re anything like me, you overdid it on candy this week. I mean, come on! Passing on mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and fun-size Laffy Taffy is just not going to happen around Halloween time. Not on my watch.
That being said, if you’re in need of a healthy meal to get back on track, an entree salad is it. Chock-full of healthy fruits, veggies, and protein, they fill you up and feeling on top. Unlike Smarties which take 2 or 3 sleeves to realize that yep, theystilltaste like chalk dust, and give you sugar belly. Will I ever learn?
At any rate, get back on track this weekend with any of my 10 favorite healthy salad recipes here on Iowa Girl Eats. Hope you enjoy!
